Project Terms of Agreement
I will write your 30 to 45-Minute Webinar. Upon receipt of your information, I guarantee to review and respond with any request for further clarification within 3 business days. This cycle to repeat until all information needed to complete our project is delivered.

Your Next Steps:
1) Schedule your Call with me if you haven't already.

2) I will deliver the 1st draft of your content within 5-10 business days after complete information is received. This gives us time for revisions if needed.

3) Revisions: Return your content (if needed) for up to 2 revisions. This process can take several business days, depending on how fast you get me your revision request (due within 5 business days or considered complete). Let me know all the things you love about it and what you want to see changed. Please note that within 2-5 business days of receiving each revision, I will complete the next draft, depending on the extent of the revision. Please also note that we can schedule a 1 on 1 meeting (in person or Facetime, Skype, etc.) for clarity if needed.

My fee guarantee:
My fees come with a guarantee that I’ll revise the content [up to two times] to make sure you’re completely satisfied with the way it reads. This revision obligation shall be subject to the deadline section below.

Payment Terms for projects under $10,000:
For projects under $10,000, this is your invoice representing full payment for the total project fee upfront. We will get started upon receipt of payment.

Royalties for sales:
Royalties on all sales from sales packages, sales pages, sales letters, sales videos, webinars, email campaigns, and books are paid monthly or quarterly. Royalties are based on the total amount sold. Royalties are NOT based on the profit from sales. OUR PROJECT SCOPE DOES NOT INCLUDE ROYALTIES, SO YOU NEVER HAVE TO PAY ROYALTIES ON THIS ORDER.

Deadline:
Schedule as stated above. The schedule includes designated response times for your review of the sales page. Response time is 5 business days. Services for which no response is provided within 5 days shall be deemed accepted and approved as the final draft.

Caveats:
This project is a “work-made-for-hire” project, and you shall own the work to use at your sole discretion.

I deliver after my agreed-upon fees have been paid.

Although I make every effort to ensure that your copy complies with the law, I am not an attorney. Therefore, you accept full responsibility for the content validity (you may submit the copy for legal review as you see fit). You are responsible for the final proofreading of all copy.

You agree that you shall defend, indemnify, and hold Carrie Glenn Copywriter, me, harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, and expenses arising from or relating to the offer of goods, information, and/or services online or offline, or based on a claim that the content/ copywriting violates the laws, codes, regulations, or statutes of any jurisdiction.

Results:
There are many factors in your messaging effort — competition, product, market, price, list, demand, customer preferences, and major events — that I cannot control.
